Out of the mouths of babe's

In St. Louis they have a saying "Do you bleed blue?". They love their hockey team the St. Louis Blues. Well in our case I believe 100% that our daughter bleeds red. Now I know what you are thinking everyone bleeds red. But with her it goes beyond the norm. She bleeds red because she is such a huge Boston Red Sox fan. She is the quintessential Red Sox fan. Last night Rob had to have a talk with our little angel of a daughter regarding her Red Sox pride. She has become out of control. She loves the Red Sox so much that she is verbally attacking everyone and anyone that she sees wearing anything to do with the Yankees. We were in the CX the other day and a gentleman who worked there was minding his own business stocking shelves unfortunately before he left the house for work he made the mistake of putting a Yankees hat on. She caught sight of him and started on how ugly his hat was and that the Yankees suck. I had to pull her into the next aisle. Luckily I don't think he heard her. It was kind of cute in the beginning. And most of the time the only one that she harassed was John (Rob's boss), but now she does it to anyone. It doesn't matter if she knows them or not. My biggest fear is she is going to do it to someone that won't find it funny or cute and I am going to be the one they take it out on. So for now Rob had a talk with her and told her that everyone had the right to like whatever team they want and that it is rude to yell at someone because they chose to wear their teams apparel. Hopefully she will think before she opens her mouth for now. And I hope that she never becomes one of those fanatics that paints their body and goes to the game.

I love my baby!!

We just got a new camcorder and I finally figured out how to take still photo's with it and load them on to the computer. I thought these were cute. We are getting closer and closer to D-Day. Only 6 1/2 more weeks.

On Ice

Last Friday was Rob's last hockey game. MacKenzie and I went to cheer him on. After the game the guys skated around and played a little more and some of the family went out on the ice. MacKenzie wanted to get out on the ice to see daddy. Here is a picture of the "three" of us out on the ice.

New Home Sweet Home.

Well it is finally official we are in our new house. For the last two weeks we were moving into a new bigger house. Because of the baby on the way we now are eligible for a three bedroom house. It is so nice to be in a bigger house with more room. Last Friday the guys from Robs office came and moved all of the big furniture. We couldn't have done it without all of them. We started sleeping here last Friday night. And finally we cleared our inspection on Thursday. Now the fun begins and we have to unpack and get things finished in the new house. I will try to get some pictures as soon as I finish each room.

Attack of the tooth fairy

Well the tooth fairy struck again. Yesterday while MacKenzie was in school, during her human body class no less, her second tooth fell out. MacKenzie saved her tooth in her lunch box and brought it home to put in her tooth fairy box in hopes that the tooth fairy would leave her some more money. As you can see in the pictures tooth #1 is coming in nicely. We are happy to say that the tooth fairy did stop and left MacKenzie a whole $2!!!! I wonder which tooth will be next.

The SOCEUR Birthday Ball

This year is SOCEUR's 51st birthday. This year they decided to have a formal dinner and night out. Rob and I went and had a great time. I thought that I would post the picture that we had taken so that you could see us all dressed up and everyone could see my growing belly. We had a lot of fun and it was very nice to get out just the two of us. We know we need to take advantage of any opportunities like this that come our way because come May we will have our hands full. It is very exciting becoming a family of four but we know that with a brand new baby our time will be full of baby duty and making sure that MacKenzie doesn't get lost in the shuffle.
