Over the river and through the woods...

Well we didn't quite get to Grandmothers house but it was still a lot of fun. Yesterday after Cameron's nap we took a walk out to the crick (that would be creek for those of you not from Jersey) that Rob and the kids found a few weeks ago. We love being outside and the kids love looking for animals. We first had to go down the big hill behind our house and then cross over climb up again and cross over some more. This time we went back further then they had gone the last time. We were able to see footprints from a deer and some dogs. I saw a dragonfly that was hanging around and a really pretty butterfly. A little further down the trail we saw a frog. The kids wanted to touch him but we got them to leave it alone. At the end of our journey was the overpass to 95. The graffiti made for a cool back drop so I took a few pictures of the kids. MacKenzie wanted to walk through the tunnel but settled for listening to her voice echo. It was a fun little afternoon adventure. I am sure we will do it again soon. You never know what we might find next time.
